Production Line Main Equipments:
Punching Machine - Punch the holes on raw materials
Rolling Mill - Roll and shape the raw materials to become upright post and beam
Cutting Machine - Cut the materials according to customer’s required sizes
Automatic Welding Robot - Weld the beams with hooks on both sides
Automatic Powder Coated Line - deoil, derusting and powder coated
We have set up R & D department since the company has established.
The amount of R & D department has 4 engineers their experience on this field are 6-10 years.
The main job responsibility for R & D staffs are help customers to set up designing according to the requirements given,
choose the economical and right materials for customers, test the products performance especially their load bearing
support, develop new products and etc.
Main software used by the R & D staffs are AutoCAD, 3D Max, Pro-E and etc.
